Why prakruti.life exists
A letter from our Bangalore studio about cloth, place, and making home linen that feels personal.
Prakruti means nature—the raw material of everything we make. We started in Bangalore with swatches on a studio table and questions from friends: Which print for a small bedroom? Which linen for a rental that still feels like yours?
Every collection since has been a map of India: Rajasthan for block print, Bengal for quilt memory, market rolls from Bangalore and beyond, dining tables across the country for runners and napkins.
These stories are not marketing—they are how we choose what to put in the shop. Read them, then touch the cloth. That is the whole brand.
